Ayse serves as an expert counsel at Kesikli Law Firm. As an attorney admitted to practice in the U.S. and Türkiye, her foremost expertise lies in economic sanctions and compliance. Beyond that, she also emphasizes international commercial and investment arbitration, with significant involvement in the construction and energy sectors.

 Initiating her professional journey in 2007 with one of Turkey's eminent law firms, Ayse later became an integral part of the New York office of DLA Piper LLP (US). There, she dedicated 3.5 years to the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department within the International Practice Group.

 Ayse's rich portfolio includes advising leading private corporations, public companies, and governmental entities in a myriad of areas: from construction, energy, and regulatory compliance. With a noteworthy presence in investment arbitration, she has served as counsel in several distinguished ICC and ICSID arbitrations. Her legal acumen is evident through her representation in both ad hoc and institutional domestic and international arbitrations, adhering to diverse rule frameworks.
