Kesikli Law Firm and RASS Studio Legale Rinaldi & Associati Combined the Forces for rendering cross-border legal solutions in Italy and in Turkey

We continue to strengthen our international presence with a new cooperation with our esteemed Italian colleagues for assisting clients with respect to their needs requiring cross-border legal assistance in Turkey and in Italy.

We are excited to announce that we are formalizing our cooperation with the Italian law firm, RASS Studio Legale Rinaldi & Associati, based in Milan, Rome, Bologna and Firenze. As part of our cooperation, we have opened a desk office in Rome which is at our clients’ service should they require local legal assistance in Italy or with respect to matters concerning Italian domestic law. We are also extremely pleased to welcome our cooperation partner RASS Studio Legale Rinaldi & Associati’s desk office in Istanbul.

With this cooperation, we will be better positioned to render legal assistance to our clients who have been operating or who would like to enter into the Italian market whilst also advising RASS Studio Legale Rinaldi & Associati’s esteemed clients with respect to Turkish Law and commercial environment in Turkey.

RASS RASS Studio Legale Rinaldi & Associati was established in Milan in 1995 by a group of lawyers who had already shared a long experience in one of the most important Italian law firm specialised in Business law at national and international level. In order to strengthen its presence on the territory and the proximity with its main customers, as well as with Public Authorities, the Firm opened in 1999 an office in Rome and, subsequently, in Bologna and Florence.

The Firm’s members are also invited to hold corporate offices (as independent, non-executive directors) sitting in the boards of directors of both Italian and foreign companies and as members in supervisory bodies.
